Standard on SXT, mirrors fold toward the bodyside, providing clearance in tight situations, and also heat up to help melt ice and snow, helping the driver maintain a clear side view.

Power Liftgate

The available power lift-gate raises or lowers at the touch of a button, providing hands-free convenience and access to cargo areas for easier loading and unloading of items; very helpful when carrying a load of grocery bags. Obstacle Detection System* works when the lift-gate is opening or closing. Available on Grand Caravan SXT models. *Detects most obstacles. As with all electronically controlled systems, care is advised.

All-New Exterior Styling

Grand Caravan incorporates body style design features versus prior generation models to create a quieter more controlled ride. We tweaked the vehicle's lines: lengthened the distance between the front and rear wheels (the wheelbase), stretched the span of the rooftop, increased the width across the vehicle between the wheels (the track) and created an all-new front fascia. All while keeping the signature Dodge styling.

17-inch Aluminum Wheels

17-inch cast aluminum wheels available on SXT models provide superior good looks and a modern, sporty stance.

Universal Customer Input

Universal Customer Input (UCI) is the system used to connect an iPod® interface to the vehicle to enable the user to control their iPod through the radio controls and the remote steering wheel switches (if equipped). An iPod can be plugged into the vehicle's sound system to play music through the vehicle's speakers, charge/recharge the iPod (when ignition is on), display artists/music choices on the radio and pause/play when UConnect receives a call.

This innovative system also includes AM/FM stereo radio and CD/DVD player, 6.5-inch touch screen display, MP3/WMA capability, auxiliary jack allowing you to plug in and play portable music devices, and ParkView® Rear Backup Camera.

Rear Cross Path

In parking lot situations, Rear Cross Path (RCP) warns drivers who are backing out of a parking spaces, of traffic moving toward their vehicle. RCP activates any time the vehicle is in Reverse. The driver is notified of vehicle(s) crossing behind the vehicle via an illuminated icon on the side-view mirror, and with an audible chime.

RCP is included with the Blind Spot Monitoring System. Rear Cross Path is a Chrysler Exclusive feature.

Dual DVD Entertainment System

Available dual DVD screens pull down from the all-new overhead console. These two nine-inch screen play independently of each other so two DVD entertainment sources can be viewed simultaneously. Dual media jacks and a 115-volt outlet also allow you to connect a game system, video camera or audio device and view on the available DVD entertainment system.

Blind Spot Monitoring

Aids driver when changing lanes is being passed or passing unseen vehicles. Requires no customer input. It's active anytime a vehicle is moving forward. Icon in mirror notifies driver when vehicle is in blind spots (driver can select audible chime). Dual ultra wide-band radar sensors.

Tailgate Seating

The third row 60/40-split bench seat not only stows away for extra cargo space but can also be flipped completely backward for comfortable tailgate seating. **Do not drive with seat in tailgate position. Leather seating is late availability.

Swivel 'N Go™

All-new available Swivel 'n Go™* seating combines the adaptability of luxurious seating with outright sociability via a removable and stow-able table** and second row seats that rotate 180 degrees. The second row Swivel 'n Go™ seats are also removable.*** Available on Grand Caravan SE Stow 'n Go™ and Grand Caravan SXT models.

Stow 'N Go®

Second and third row seats fold and stow in below-the-floor storage bins, significantly increasing cargo-carrying flexibility. No need to remove seats for maximum cargo-carrying space. Fold-in-floor second row bucket seats and fold-in-floor 60/40-split bench rear seat. Easy, low effort operation allows you to fold one or both second row seats and one or both sections of the third row seat into the floor.

One or both third row seat sections can also be flipped over for tailgate seating at picnics or watching a ball game. *Standard on Grand Caravan SE Stow 'n Go and Grand Caravan SXT. Stain-Repel Seat Fabric

Grand Caravan offers a great place for kids to be kids, with the available Stain Repel seat fabric.* It allows for worry free, quick and easy clean-up. *Not compatible with aftermarket fabric protecting coatings.

Second Row Power Windows

Second row passengers now have their own available side door power windows. Retractable sunshades are also available for both second row and third row windows. Standard on SXT, available on SE Stow 'n Go®

Premium Floor Console

Make the most of Grand Caravan's flexible capacity with the available premium sliding floor console located between the two front seats. The three-part console is made up of a sliding storage bin, sliding upper tray with four large cup holders and storage and a large storage bin that can be used in multiple configurations. The cup holders have removable dishwasher-safe, liners.

The upper tray slides, so when the storage bin is being used, items on top stay put. The console slides forward and back to accommodate front and second row passengers. A 12-volt power outlet provides power inside the console for phones and other electronic. Leather seating late availability.

Keep your eye on rear seat passengers with the standard rear-view conversation mirror.

Ambient Lighting

Available halo lighting provides a soft glow of light that fills the cabin and offers the driver and front passenger the opportunity to keep an eye on the activity in back. Available personal targeted LED lights allow passengers to read, write or play at night without distracting the driver. 3.3L Flex Fuel V6 With 4-Speed Automatic Trans.

Standard is the Flex Fuel capable* 3.3-litre overhead valve (OHV) V6 engine which gives 175 horsepower, 205 lb-ft of torque, and the option to fill your tank with E85 a blend of 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent petroleum. *Operates on gasoline, E85 ethanol or any mixture of the two.

Obstacle Detection System

Obstacle detection system* works in either direction to help prevent damage to cargo items (on power sliding door and power liftgate). Superior obstacle detection compared to some competitive systems that only works when the door is closing. Integrated Child Booster and Child Seats

Grand Caravan's available integrated child booster seats* offer the peace-of-mind of always having secure seating for children who have outgrown child seats but are not yet fully grown.* Available with the second row swiveling seats. Also available are two child seats for smaller children, integrated into a second row bench seat. ***Booster seat is only for children under 145 centimetres (57 inches) weighing between 22 and 38 kilograms (48 and 85 pounds).

Always buckle seat belt properly. **For children at least one year old, weighing between 10 and 23 kilograms (20 and 50 pounds), and no more than 119 centimetres (47 inches) tall. Removable bench seat replaces fold-in-floor Stow 'n Go® second row seats where applicable.

Standard Electronic Stability Program (ESP™)* helps the driver maintain directional stability during braking, cornering, accelerating and maneuvering. Brake Assist helps apply maximum braking force when a panic situation is detected. Standard Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) helps control the vehicle and shorten braking distance.

*No system, no matter how sophisticated, can repeal the laws of physics or overcome careless driving actions. Performance is limited by available traction, which snow, ice and other conditions can affect. When the ESP warning lamp in the instrument cluster flashes, the driver needs to use less throttle and adapt speed and driving behaviour to prevailing road conditions.
