Lynn Testimonials 12/2/2011 10:52 AM Many Thanks ! I reside in St Thomas, Ontario and commute to London, Ontario for work. The morning was going well. Got to work sat at my desk went to take a nice sip of my coffee to realize I left it in the van! Head to the van and my fob[s] don't work, not unlockign my van (I just purchased the 2008 Dodge Caravan from St Thomas) run back to the office and call the Chrysler Dealership around the corner from my office. [1835 Dundas Street East] Kerry walks me through getting the key out of the Fob so I can unlock the door. Whooo Hoooo! This might make your customer service laugh but a million thoughts rushed through my head of what I would do if that did not work!!! How would I get home, or the off site meeting I have today, how would I pick up my three kids each in different locations to bring them home!! are you feeling the paniic with me?!? So I was thrilled when Kerry told me how to get the key out (which I didn't know was even there) and the next step check to see if the van would start. Called back thrilled that it did but wanted to get everything checked out spoke with Amber who was great and then passed me to Bruce. I love Bruce! Not only did he ensure when I would arrive that I would have a shuttle back to work but he fixed my problem right there on the spot!!! I could have kissed him! He explained in detail what was wrong, why and how it needed to be fixed. This might have been an easy fix or a no brainer for some but the possibility that I would have to miss work, my meeting, picking up my kids and not being able to get home was a huge stresser!!! So thank you all so very much! The service provided at this location was amazing and next time I need service I am heading there!!!!
